Refund Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with our products. However, if you find that our products do not meet your expectations, we have a refund policy in place to address your concerns. Please review the policy details below:

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate this, please contact our customer service team. Note that refunds are not granted for reasons of personal preference, subjective taste, or incompatibility for specific use cases.

Multi-Pack Orders

For multi-pack orders, we will provide a refund for up to one unit without requiring a return. To receive a full refund for additional units, they must be returned to us in their original, unopened condition. Please contact our customer service team for instructions on the return process.

Free Gifts and Refund Adjustments

For purchases that qualify for a free gift, the free gift must be returned along with all eligible return items in the order to be eligible for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned in new and original condition, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

This ensures that our promotional offers remain fair for all customers. If you decide to keep the free gift but still return the purchased items, we will calculate your refund by subtracting the retail price of the gift from your refund total.

Please note that refunds for partial returns will only cover up to one unit in a multi-pack order without requiring a return. Additional items will require a return to qualify for a refund.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our platform and is designed to maintain the integrity of our offers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lost in Transit

If a product is lost in transit, customers can apply for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if a customer dislikes the taste of the product or if the product has been altered due to environmental conditions beyond our control.

Additional Terms

This refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our online platform. Purchases made through third-party platforms or in offline stores are subject to the respective seller’s refund policy.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process and reflect in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to dispute it through questions, judgment, or legal actions.
